Becoming a qualified Arborist: Congratulations, Ben

At Gadd Brothers, we know that building a great team is about investing in people for the long term. That’s why we’re proud to celebrate an important milestone for one of our own.

After two years studying Arboriculture at Suffolk Rural College while training with our team two days a week, Ben has recently achieved his qualifications in arboriculture and is now beginning his career with us as a full-time Arborist.

Although this marks the start of his professional career, Ben is certainly no stranger to Gadd Brothers. Over the past two years, he has worked alongside our experienced arborists, gaining invaluable hands-on experience across a wide range of tree work while combining practical learning with his college studies. Throughout that time, Ben has become a valued member of the team, demonstrating a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for arboriculture.

The transition from student to qualified arborist is a significant achievement. It reflects not only the knowledge gained through formal education but also the practical skills, professionalism and confidence developed through real-world experience. By learning on site with experienced arborists, Ben has built a solid foundation that will serve him throughout his career.
