Behind the scenes – The Boodles Raindance Garden relocation project

In August we relocated this year’s Gold-medal winning RHS Chelsea Flower Show garden, Boodles Raindance Garden, to it’s new home at Old Buckenham Hall School here in Suffolk.

Garden designer Catherine MacDonald, has adapted the layout of the garden to be suitable for outdoor teaching and the wider school community to enjoy at their leisure. The garden has been doubled in size and adapted to one level with a lawn added alongside the iconic pavilion which featured in the original design. The water features and circular paving bases have been reworked into planters creating height and adding interest.

Over the course of the 4 week build our landscaping team have enjoyed seeing the garden come to life again in its forever home.
