We’re pleased to be supporting Landscape Connect East event on Wednesday 30 September at Blakes Golf Club in Epping, where members of the Gadd Brothers team will be taking part in a day of insight, discussion and networking alongside some of the leading names across the landscape industry.
Hosted by London Stone and Landscapeplus, Landscape Connect East brings together garden designers, landscape contractors and suppliers from across Essex, Hertfordshire, Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire. The event provides an opportunity for professionals from across the industry to share knowledge, discuss current challenges and explore the ideas and approaches shaping the future of landscape design and construction.
One of the highlights of the programme will be a session with garden designer Mandy Buckland MSGLD, Pete Jones, Project Manager at Gadd Brothers, exploring working with trusted landscaping teams.
For us, collaboration between designers and contractors is fundamental to delivering exceptional landscapes. The relationship between the two goes far beyond simply handing over a set of drawings. Open communication, technical understanding and a shared commitment to quality can make a significant difference to how a project develops from concept through to completion.
As a landscape construction company, we work closely with garden designers to translate ambitious designs into carefully considered, technically sound landscapes. Our team brings practical knowledge and experience to the construction process, helping designers navigate materials, buildability, sequencing, site conditions and the many details that contribute to a successful finished garden.
This session will provide an opportunity to discuss that relationship, share experiences from projects and consider what makes a strong designer-contractor partnership work effectively.
The wider programme features an impressive line-up of speakers and case studies, including Mark Gregory with Kate Cooney of Perennial, discussing support for the people behind the industry; Stuart Reid, Paul Newman and Simon Abbott presenting the Apollo Garden case study; and John Brooks, exploring smarter garden design with Plant 25.
With a full day running from 9am to 4pm, including lunch, the event offers plenty of opportunity to meet fellow professionals, exchange ideas and build connections across the landscape industry.
Tickets are just £15, with every penny donated to Perennial, the charity supporting people working in horticulture.
