Pete Jones joins our growing team as Project Manager

Pete started his landscaping journey with a National Diploma in Amenity horticulture, before heading into working life with a commercial landscape company in Essex. After 7 years in the business, moving from Site Operative up to Sales & Marketing Manager and gaining a post graduate degree in business management at Writtle College, Pete moved to company which had a greater emphasis on larger scale private/domestic construction projects
The new role gave Pete the chance to put everything into practice, seeking opportunities and collaborations with landscape architects and garden designers across the South East, and to improve business systems whilst managing business growth.
17yrs went by in a flash! Having built a fantastically skilled team, rebranding the business along the way, and having won multiple landscape awards including BALI Principal awards working with some of the industry’s most talented designers.
The next chapter saw Pete moving to a large commercial landscape firm for a fresh challenge and to create a new capability. The brief was to bring together a highly effective team to operate at the very highest level, constructing private residential schemes across London and the South East. This included a Gold medal RHS Chelsea show garden in their first year. During the Covid Pandemic Pete left the industry and found a new role in the motor industry but always knew his passion lied in the world of landscaping!

Returning to our great industry in some capability was always the intention for Pete and we are delighted that the moment was right, for both us as a company and himself. We have lots of exciting projects and opportunity in the planning for 2026 and so we were looking for the right person to come and lead our growing team and business.

Pete will be working closing with Will, Director of Landscaping overseeing projects from start to finish and will work closely with our clients, garden designers and suppliers. We look forward to seeing the impact he will make to both our growing team and our future projects.
